Outside of his technology interests, the ‘Prof’ is Chairman of several Digital Media, Independent TV and Films and games related companies within the European Domain. One of his companies ‘Stagereel Limited’ was voted number 6 on the fastest growing Independent Film and TV list in 2009 it owns and manages the rights to several International TV series, He has recently (2023) produced the complete works of Kit Marlowe for stage and screen the first time this has been done for 460 years! His brother is the famous actor David Morrissey (Walking Dead).
Linda Main

Linda is a non-executive director of EARNZ Plc, an AIM listed business seeking to make acquisitions in the energy services sector. She is also on the board of the Quoted Companies Alliance which represents the needs of smaller quoted companies
Linda is an acknowledged expert in equity capital markets gained from a successful executive career in senior leadership client-facing technical and people management roles. She has successfully supported businesses ranging from listed companies to start-ups.
She is a staunch advocate for Diversity & Inclusion who has led high-profile initiatives designed to attract and develop top talent.
Linda was a board member of KPMG LLP (UK) until September 2023 during a period of considerable challenges including the Covid-19 pandemic. She chaired the Risk Committee and was a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees. Prior to joining the Board she was a member of the leadership team for KPMG’s Deal advisory business.
As leader of KPMG’s Capital Markets Advisory Group Linda led a team providing cross functional advice to companies across all sectors preparing for IPOs, equity fund raising and other significant transactions. Clients ranged from FTSE 100 to AIM start-ups across all sectors.
Since 2018 Linda has been a Trustee and Treasurer of Carers Trust the leading charity supporting unpaid carers. .As the parent of a (now adult) son with complex needs this is particularly close to Linda’s heart.
In her spare time Linda enjoys horse racing (being the owner of flat racing horses) and is on the board of her local community owned pub.
Stephen Cahill

Stephen is recognised as one of the leading Board and Remuneration Committee advisors in the market advising Boards and management in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and America. Stephen’s advice covers all aspects of understanding company’s strategic goals, aligning incentive arrangements and consultation with private and institutional shareholders
Stephen has worked with a range of companies on a pan-sectoral basis. He has provided advice to over 50% of the FTSE 350 within the last 10 years but also advised some of the fast-growing, small-cap/AIM listed companies as well as private companies owned by either private equity ownership, family offices or individual shareholders.
He has particular expertise in turnaround situations both within the organisations he has worked and to those he has consulted with. He has consistently been tasked with strategic, financial and cultural transformations that have led to significant performance improvement across multiple KPIs.
In addition to his current roles, Stephen also serves as an investor and board advisor to a number of start up businesses led by people from diverse backgrounds on a pro bono basis to ensure they get the best advice possible to be successful.
Outside work, Stephen is a family man and is actively involved in grass roots sports and has managed a number of sporting teams over the years. He is a keen golfer, tennis and football player. He is also a strong supporter of a number of charities including PSDS (founded by a close friend whose child has Down’s Syndrome) and charities supporting disadvantaged people from the Irish community in London.

Grahame Davies

Grahame has held senior positions in several industry associations, notably as Chairman of the London Internet Exchange (LINX), a position he held for 14 years. LINX is a mutually-owned not-for-profit organisation delivering network peering for the community that includes all major cloud, data communications, telecommunications, financial, and enterprise companies across more than 85 countries.
Throughout his executive career and through his many investments as an Angel investor, Grahame has led, or been part of a team, involved in numerous acquisitions and business sales, including his own ISP. Through his NED work he has catalysed many businesses, mentored senior management, managed institutional investors and overseen numerous acquisitions and successful exits.
Today Grahame is providing business development and mentoring services to a number of companies including a music tuition company and an AI based ESG start-up.
Grahame has a passion for music which has included a continual struggle to play the piano, starting a sheet music business with his sons’ piano teacher, and seeking out small venues enjoying grassroots acts at pubs through to renowned legends at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club. When not adding to his collection of sheet music, he can be found running, a hobby he does in between injuries, with his club or volunteering at his local parkrun. A 3:15 marathon at the age of 57 will remain a highlight of his distance performance.
